Conceding that other people are right can only be as useful as other people are right.

“Political correctness” is an oxymoron. There are very few things that are correct with politics. No one at work has ever said, “Yay! Politics!” except in sarcasm. Describing something as “politically correct” is like saying it is a good idea, according to mostly bad ideas.
